This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on Wcwo, operated by THE 103RD STREET BAPTIST CHURCH, INC.. We currently prepare orders for customers in Singapore and charge orders in USD.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Processing may take longer during public holidays, inventory checks, payment review, or address verification.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

3. Tracking
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
4. Address Accuracy

5. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory location and carrier handling. No additional shipping fee is charged when we split an order.
